The Rorschach inkblots are in the public domain due to the limitations in both US and Swiss copyright law, and are reproduced in the application. The morality of creating this app can be addressed by examining the numerous articles relating to the publishing of Rorschach test information on wikipedia. Beyond that, I am not the first person to create an app like this, and I doubt I will be the last. Personally, I believe my actions to be entirely ethical both on a basis both of free-speech rights, as well as the fact that most doctors are goofball money-makers.
